About the Company

We are looking for a Training Coordinator for a NSW government client based in Parramatta.  It is paying $ per day + super and is a 4 month contract. This role is ideal for someone who has experience facilitating training but is happy to also coordinate the logistics of scheduling.

About the role


• Organise and manage logistics training: scheduling, calendar invitations, registration, tracking attendance, material preparation, booking venue


• Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs and key stakeholder through consulting to achieve program outcomes.


• Work with schedulers within the business to schedule training


• Facilitation of training courses and support others in the OCM team in delivering virtual classrooms and drop-in sessions.


• Edits to training collateral to adapt for last minute changes


• Communicate program details, schedules, and updates to all stakeholders (when needed).


• Co-ordinating multiple diaries

• Demonstrated facilitation skills


• Strong organisational, time management and multitasking abilities.


• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication.


• Strong data analysts and understanding of complex teams.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
