**About the Company**
Our large NSW State Government client focus’ on making NSW a better place to live, work and visit through connected roads and public transport network that has a higher capacity, giving people the freedom to choose how and when they get around, no matter where they live and work.
**About the Role**
They are currently seeking a Project Officer with exceptional stakeholder engagement experience to join their team in Parramatta, with the flexibility to work remotely from home. It is an estimated 6-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.
Working within the Partnerships Division, you will be required to provide high level project support and stakeholder engagement to Regional and Rural NSW Stakeholders to facilitate the technical implementation of the Transport Connected Buses System (TCB). You will act as the central point of coordination to ensure the success of the installation processes.
In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties:
- Deliver high level professional customer service
- Answer enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
- Facilitate the resolution of complaints and issues
- Support the delivery of customer engagement activities and programs
- Complete calendar and logistics management
- Schedule and coordinate workshops, forums, meetings and events
- Track, monitor and report on key engagement activities
- Conduct research and analysis, identifying trends and issues
- Gather and collate information to support informed decision-making outcomes
- Generating detailed reports to provide status updates and insights to Management, providing feedback and making recommendations
- Develop supporting procedures and training materials
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with best practice and Departmental processes and procedures
**About You**
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following:
- Demonstrated Project Officer experience
- Professional and personable with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Superior organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Reliable remote internet access with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Valid Drivers licence and willingness to travel throughout Regional and Rural NSW on occasion
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
