**The Role**:
We are looking for an Operations Support Officer to join the team. To help you succeed, we will train, support and coach you on a range of systems and how best to communicate with your teammates, real estate agents, and suppliers. Like the rest of us, you will grow with the business.
You’ll support the day-to-day functioning of our sales, compliance, and admin processes, including liaising with Beevo’s top tier suppliers like AGL, Aussie Broadband and ENGIE. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in our operational team.
**Key Tasks include**:
Sales Operations and Admin
- Support the sales team across systems and tools
- Manage shared inboxes and action supplier requests following established procedures
- Ensure accurate pricing and data updates across systems and records
- Monitor sales calls for quality and compliance, flagging issues where necessary
- Coordinate and facilitate induction training sessions for new sales team members, focusing on products and supplier systems
User Support - Leasey Platform
- Maintain professionalism, clear communication, and timely follow-up on all user interactions
Culture and Internal Support
- Assist with office admin — basic IT troubleshooting, supplier call requests, office supplies, etc
- Contribute to internal culture initiatives, including event management and birthday reminders
**What You'll Bring**:
- Strong attention to detail with a reliable and consistent work style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in customer-facing environments
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Confident using tools like Google Workspace, JIRA, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Slack, and others
- Quick learner with strong IT and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, professional, and proactive approach to working with teammates and customers
**Bonus Points For**:
- Previous experience in customer support or contact centre roles
- Exposure to compliance, administration, or operational coordination
- Familiarity with the energy, telecommunications, or real estate industries
**What are the pay and perks?**
- Full time salary $65,000 a year
- Monday to Friday - no weekends
