**The Role**:
We are looking for a **Support & Training Officer** to join the team. To help you succeed, we will train, support and coach you on a range of systems and how best to communicate with your teammates, real estate agents, and suppliers. Like the rest of us, you will grow with the business.
You’ll support the day-to-day functioning of our sales, compliance, and admin processes — including liaising with Beevo’s top tier suppliers like AGL, Aussie Broadband and ENGIE. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in our operational team.
**Sales and Admin Support**:
- Support users across systems and tools
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions focusing on products and systems
- Manage shared inboxes and action requests following established procedures
- Ensure accurate pricing and data updates across systems and records
- Monitor sales calls for quality and compliance, flagging issues where necessary
**User Support**:
- Provide front-line support to real estate agent users, engaging promptly and professionally.
- Assist system users with basic system issues and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate teams, using the ticketing system to track and manage requests.
- Support user engagement and adoption by following established processes and best-practice guidance.
- Maintain clear communication and timely follow-up on all user interactions to ensure a positive user experience
**Office Support**:
- Assist with office admin — basic IT troubleshooting, supplier call requests, office supplies, etc.
- Contribute to internal culture initiatives, including fruit box delivery, event management, and birthday reminders.
**What You'll Bring**:
- Quick learner with strong IT and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with a reliable and consistent work style
- Effective time management and organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- User-focused mindset with a commitment to providing timely and effective support
- Ability to follow established processes, procedures, and best-practice guidance
- Confident using tools like Google Workspace, JIRA, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Slack, and others
- Friendly, professional, and proactive approach to working
**Bonus Points For**:
- Previous experience in customer support or contact centre roles
- Familiarity with real estate industries, energy or utilities.
- Exposure to compliance, administration, or operational coordination
What are the pay and perks?
- Full time salary $65,000 a year
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm - no weekends
