As a **Sportsbet Operations Executive**, you'll be an essential member of the Sportsbet Operations team, providing an unbeatable experience for our clients. You'll provide second-level support for Customer Experience Agents and help other departments with operational tasks.

**️ Your daily tasks will be**:

- Maximizing customer experience by making sure navigation on the site is user-friendly and extremely fast;
- Reviewing and updating customer accounts, processing settlements and bonuses;
- Second-level support for Customer Experience Agents;
- Managing and monitoring different country regions;
- Helping other departments with operational tasks;
- Offer management activities;
- Managing Sportsbet-specific live incidents (where applicable).

- Good knowledge of sports;
- Proficiency in Excel and competent computer skills;
- Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail;
- Excellent level of verbal and written English;
- A team player mindset;
- Experience in the Crypto industry is a plus.
