**About the Role**

We are after an experienced groups travel consultant to join our fast-growing team at ETM in Melbourne. A typical day will see you responsible for all group and associated individual travel arrangements, in addition to supporting the event manager with ground transport and accommodation bookings. You will be working on multiple projects simultaneously, managing all travel-related enquires and liaising directly with our clients and their delegates. As an integral part of the ETM event management team, you will be exposed to event management programs and processes, with the opportunity to grow into a more events specific role. Some onsite travel may be required.

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated travel consultant experience, ideally in the events group travel environment
- Must have international travel booking experience
- Knowledge of Domestic and International group fares and systems preferred
- Knowledge of Sabre is essential, and Events Air is an advantage
- Strong understanding of the travel industry and suppliers
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Professional communications both written and verbal
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- High level customer service skills
- Must have full working rights within Australia
