We're looking for a travel expert to join our team and assist us in planning and creating trips for our customers. You will be expected to engage with our customers and assist them in selecting the best travel offer that meets all of their needs. Your commitment will have an effect on our business, as well as our customers' satisfaction and income.

**_Job Duties: _**
- Advising clients on suitable options for domestic or international flights, insurance and fares.
- Preparing customized flight itineraries to suit the clients' preferences and budget.
- Making and confirming bookings, often via a Global Distribution System (computerized central reservation system).

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- **Minimum 2 years experience in a travel agency as a sales consultant.**:

- **Must have used Amadeus or Galileo in their previous role.**:

- Have good geographical knowledge
- A high level of communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong time management and organisational skills including multitasking & prioritize of workloads, as well as the ability to follow through on commitments to both customers and to the organisation.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- An exceptional Customer focus
