Travengers AU is a social impact startup dedicated to providing travel opportunities and social connection for young adults who are autistic or neurodivergent. We are seeking an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our team and assist in planning and organizing impactful events, managing logistics, and ensuring a memorable experience for our attendees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate events for Travengers AU, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to secure venues, vendors, and necessary equipment.
- Coordinate event timelines and schedules, ensuring smooth execution.
- Communicate with attendees, support guides, and event partners before, during, and after events.
- Support the development and implementation of event marketing strategies.
- Assist in budget management and expense tracking for events.
- Attend events to provide on-site coordination and ensure a positive experience for attendees.
- Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in event coordination and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for supporting neurodivergent or disabled young adults, with work experience and lived experience.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using event management tools and software.
- Comfortable coordinating and communicating with attendees and event partners.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to handle changes and last-minute adjustments.
- _**Ideally, has experience in coordinating events within the social impact or disability support space.**_
