**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a Associate Director, HR Partners to join Human Resources, Administrative Division.

The Associate Director, HR Partners is responsible for leading and managing the team of HR Partners within the Human Resources Department. The HR Partners are generally embedded within the Faculties and Divisions of the University and report to this role for guidance and mentoring, as well as career planning, development and performance expectations. As a member of the HR leadership team, this position will work closely with the Vice-President (People) and Chief People Officer; HR Executive; HR Department staff and leaders including the Centres of Expertise, and managers throughout the university.

Human Resources sits within the Administrative Division and is responsible for The Human Resources Department enhances the talents of our real world people through effective leadership, expert advice and professional development, while creating a highly engaged workforce by fostering strong organisational culture. The department partners with each area of the university to deliver tailored solutions according to the area’s needs..

**What you need to succeed**

1. Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of a postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field.
2. Demonstrated success in leading a team of HR Partners in a complex organisational environment.
4. Proven ability to cultivate and develop effective client relationships.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiating, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
