**THE ORGANISATION**
A leader in their sector, this organisation is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. With an evolving client group, this is a chance to join an ambitious and progressive workforce.

**THE ROLE**
Reporting directly to the HR Director and working alongside other strong HR professionals this is an opportunity to work within a generalist position that is both operational and strategic. Responsibilities will include contributing to the People strategy for the respective client groups. You will contribute to the planning and execution of divisional restructures and lead on the remuneration review for the group. Other day to day duties will include management of the recruitment process and conduct new employee inductions.

**THE CRITERIA**
To be considered for this position you ideally will have come from a large fast paced environment, you must be able to adapt and thrive within an evolving organisation and must have experience working within a Senior HR Business Partnering role.
