**About our Team**
OPV SPO has been established to support the new Arafura class offshore patrol vessels currently under construction in Australia. OPV SPO will work collaboratively with Defence and industry partners to transition the OPVs into service and provide through-life sustainment.

The RMC-W is currently under establishment and will be the maintenance centre for all classes of ships serving in the Australian Navy. This organisation will form part of a network of RMC’s across the country that will provide class agnostic maintenance to our Navy when and where they need it.

Both of these organisations are part of the Australian Government’s nationwide naval shipbuilding and sustainment enterprise to support implementation of the Naval Shipbuilding Plan. To support this plan the Future Maritime Sustainment Model is being implemented to realise Plan Galileo; Maritime System Division’s national, long term approach to sustainment of the naval fleet. Both organisations are located in Henderson, WA, a growing hub of activity that is going to be pivotal to Australia’s sovereign Naval capability well into the future.
