**The Ro**le

The Events Executive will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of an integrated National Learning and Development program.

With over 180 events per year, this busy role plays a vital part in ensuring all stakeholders, sponsors and attendees have an outstanding experience. This role will support the delivery of all learning initiatives across multiple platforms including digital and face-to-face, ensuring the program is delivered to scope, on time and to budget.

Within a collaborative Events team, you will also be responsible for:

- Managing, planning, marketing and executing a range of digital and in-person events in conjunction with the Events Team.
- Event marketing activities including but not limited to; EDM creation and distribution, registration site development and event website creation.
- Managing and reconciling event specific budgets.
- Creating and managing event marketing collateral and communication.
- Building and maintaining sponsor partner relationships to deliver their entitlements in the Learning and Development program.
- Establishing effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders and third party supplies in the implementation of Learning and Development program activities.

**The Person**

As a digitally savvy Events professional, you prefer a hands-on and practical approach to planning and delivering events with the attendee experience at the forefront of your mind. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, creative mind and analytical ability will see you succeed in this role.

You will also possess:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Events/Marketing or similar
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge of Event Management methodology
- Experience in using a CRM, ideally Microsoft Dynamics or similar software
- Experience in delivering digital events, ideally using Go To Webinar or similar platform
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data and translate into reporting
- Availability to travel interstate for event coordination when required
