A brand-new role within our Customer Service team, the Vendor Support Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our QSR customers who will be supplied orders through our new vendor managed inventory system.
You will manage the digital order creation, pre-sale order review and after sales service, as well as provide outstanding customer service.

Responsible for
- Develop & maintain close partnership with customers, sales, supply chain & finance to manage the order to fulfillment process.
- Manage Inventory levels & influence optimal production builds to gain operational improvements.
- Review Customer Account details and manage data integrity.
- Manage, investigate & process disputes and claims.

About You
To be considered for this position you'll first and foremost be highly passionate about food, bread and customer service.
- Desire to learn and develop within the analytical space.
- Ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and an ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise your tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
