Wirringulla Workforce is an Indigenous owned and managed Labour Hire company which specialises in the Civil Infrastructure, Construction, Mining, Rail and Oil & Gas Industries.

The role requires you to be experienced in all areas of Administration.

Essential experience and requirements of the successful applicant:

- Previous admin experience
- Deliver efficient and effective administration support
- Maintain reports, filing systems and personnel files
- Establish and maintain spreadsheets, databases, documentation
- Liaise with clients
- Manage and maintain office/site supplies
- Raising purchase orders and receipting invoices
- Accurately entering payroll data
- Assisting Human Resources in mobilising personnel to sites
- Current & Valid Australian Driver Licence
- Ability to pass Pre-employment medical & DAS
