We are looking for a Finance Officer temp for a few months.

**Role Description**
- End to end -Accounts Payable
- Process weekly accounts payable payment runs to agreed terms.
- Process EFT files and electronic payments as required, including international and domestic payments.
- Attend to payment queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with reconciling creditor statements monthly.
- Maintenance of the purchasing card system and importation of transactions into FMS
- Training and assistance to purchase card users as required.
- Monitor compliance with the purchase card policy.
- All other administration of purchase cards including monthly follow up of coding and approvals, maintenance of personal use, cancellation and suspension registers and annual training requirements.
- Maintenance of accounts payable sub-ledgers
- Maintain internal transactional controls and procedures and make recommendations for improvements based on best practice.
- Actively participation on system upgrades and implementation.
- Timely and accurate completion of month end reconciliations for relevant accounts payable accounts and sub-ledgers
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Assist with maintenance of the Incurring and Certifying Register
- Assist with updates and maintenance of supplier details.
- End-to-end Accounts Receivable
- Liaising with agencies and other customers
- Purchasing card administrator
- Maintain purchase card system.
- Assist with Finance Officer Racing position if required.

**Job Types**: Fixed term, Casual
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Osborne Park, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
