**We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join one of the leading real estate and lifestyle agencies in the inner north of Melbourne.**

**As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties and ensuring the highest level of service to their landlord clients.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Conduct regular property inspections and prepare reports for landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and tradespeople, ensuring timely completion of work to a high standard.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring that their expectations are exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and transition between sales and property management services.
- Keep up-to-date with changes to the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation and ensure compliance.
- Manage the property management database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential property management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- A current Real Estate License or Agent's Representative Certificate is highly desirable.
