We are seeking someone with a unique set of skills to join our Corporate Property Management & Escapes team, based in our Victorian head office. This role is pivotal in providing support to our Victorian and South Australian Property Management & Escapes teams across both long term and short term rentals.

The Corporate Property Management & Escapes team is small and focused on bringing value and support to our franchisees. The Property Management teams across our network benefit from day to day support as well as learning programs, competition and awards. The Escapes teams are all about holidays and experiences, these agencies are exceptional at providing guests a beautiful holiday, while keeping the investment of the property owner in mind. Our support strategy for all agencies is based around growth of teams, growth of the customer experience and growth of properties under management.

We have exciting goals to achieve and are looking for someone who can be a part of working towards those goals, while supporting offices in their day to day needs.

Responsibilities will include:

- Co-ordinating and managing live training sessions
Agency visits to work with teams and business owners over strategy and common issues
Support across all facets of long term and short term rentals
Collect and analyse data to support agencies in their day to day running of their long term and short term businesses

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- A highly professional approach to property management
Flexible and forward thinking
Strong focus on relationship building
Ability to effectively self-manage while being part of a team
Great skills in communicating on scale and one on one
Training and presentation skills are a must

Experience in long and/or short term property management is preferred. Your focus, though, will be how to utilise relationships to build a profitable, balanced, business. Holding a current certificate of registration/real estate licence would be advantageous. This role will report to the Head of Property Management & Escapes.
