**The role**:
In this role, you will support the design and build of a world class channel personalisation function through the design, management and delivery of marketing and enterprise owned channel communication activity across all Marketing Squads. Specifically, you are to:

- **Design, build and deliver** personalised customer communications/experiences within channels and across platforms
- **Drive continuous improvement** in efficiency and effectiveness through the Channel Personalisation team, tools and processes

**What you will bring**:

- Experience in **Marketing and Advertising Technology** (MarTech / Adtech), and preferably with the Adobe suite: Experience Manager, Campaign, Audience Manager, Target and Analytics
- **Banking and finance** background/experience or significant experience in similar roles within a large organisation
- Proficiency in **designing, building and delivering** personalised customer communications/experiences within channels and across platforms
- Drive **continuous improvement** in efficiency and effectiveness through the Channel Personalisation team, tools and processes
- Confidence in **building relationships** and influencing across all levels of stakeholders
