**Your Role**

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will lead the transformation of Flybuys’ data-driven marketing capabilities, enhancing the Flybuys brand, increasing member engagement and driving growth for Flybuys and our partners. This includes:

- Develop and embed a personalisation, customer lifecycle and marketing automation capability roadmap for Flybuys with a strategic omni-channel approach designed for scale — further streamlining, personalising, and improving the member and partner experience.
- Reimagine the future role of personalisation, customer lifecycle and marketing automation capability that drives results in member engagement and partner growth.
- Deliver efficient, effective and impactful customer engagement campaigns through martech, data and process optimisation.
- Identify process gaps, challenges and blockers and design solutions that deliver improved reach, campaign conversion and enhanced performance.
- Lead and inspire a high performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth and collaboration.

**Your Experience**
- Extensive experience in Digital or Digital Marketing Operations.
- Senior leadership experience with the confidence to engage with C-Suite.
- Substantial experience in digital environment, especially with marketing automation technology.
- Ability to introduce or improve technology solutions in digital environments.
- Operational and / or leadership roles with major e-communications companies e.g. Oracle, Adobe, Experian, Salesforce.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
