**Clinical Stream Lead - Helping Young People Early (HYPE)**

- Orygen Specialist Program (OSP) provides mental health services to young people aged 15-25 and their families/carers in Melbourne's northwest and western suburbs.
- Our Helping Young People Early (HYPE) stream provides evidence-based early intervention services for young people experiencing some or all of the problems that are referred to as borderline personality disorder (BPD) and other personality disorders, and who may also present with other co-occurring mental health difficulties.

**About your new role**
- A multidisciplinary role open to Registered Mental Health Nurses (Grade 6), Chief Occupational Therapists & Social Workers (Grade 5) and Psychologists (Grade 5)_
- Provide strategic and clinical leadership, management, training and supervision of a multidisciplinary team that specialises in treatment of personality disorders
- Oversee the integration of the HYPE research and knowledge translation activities into the clinical stream
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of community partnerships with key external stakeholders, developing effective interfaces within OSP clinical streams and programs
- Provide mental health services to young people, including case management and psychological treatment

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in strategic management, developing partnerships with internal and external services, policy development and integration of research
- Experience and expertise in management within public mental health, with experience in personality disorders highly desirable
- Comprehensive experience in clinical practice within the mental health field, including young people experiencing mental health disorders
- Ability to develop, implement and evaluate client-centred individual service plans, risk assessments and diagnostic formulations
