We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our highly engaged and productive team.***
**About this opportunity**
In this role you will
- Provide responsive and specialised HR advice and support to people leaders and staff on government sector legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Build and manage effective relationships with people leaders to assist in managing performance, change management, employee relations, workforce planning and development of team capability.
- Collaborate on the development of employee engagement and retention programs, incorporating effective culture and communication strategies, leadership, and team development.
- Contribute to people management processes and strategies ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislative requirements.
- Undertake job analysis and design, organisation reviews and change management programs.
- Review, develop and implement policies and procedures to support the delivery of HR initiatives.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Human Resources, Business and/or equivalent experience is required.

**Talent Pool**
