A P&C Business Partner role for a construction supplier based in Dee Why, paying up to $110k base

You will be joining and shaping the future of a family-owned construction supplier company based in Dee Why.

**Your new role**

As the People and Culture Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's work environment, employee development, and overall success. Other responsibilities will include:

- Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the business values
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives
- Provide expert guidance on matters related to employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Prepare annual reporting

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will be successful for your job if you are a dedicated HR professional with a passion for people and culture, who also meets the below criteria:

- Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field
- Experience in an HR generalist role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR operational execution
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges
