A multisite business with over 100 venues nationally and growing, this is a company that values their people, lives by their values and boasts strong tenure. With approximately 120 in their head office and growing, this is an exciting time to join a flexible, supportive and friendly business in a newly created people-position.

**The Role**

This is an amazing opportunity for a People and Culture professional to join a fast paced and high growth company that offers fantastic career growth. This role will see you working on strategy and implementing projects whilst having a hands on approach.

This People and Culture Business Partner role is available due to an internal promotion. A broad and varied generalist role, no two days will be the same. Reporting into a fantastic Head of People and Culture and working within a collaborative P&C team, your role will see you work closely with the venues managers and employees.

Your day to day will be focused on coaching, guiding and supporting venue managers across Australia, with a focus on day to day ER matters across a large volume of casual and full time employees. Coupled with your day to day, one day of your week will be dedicated to meaty projects and people iniatives, allowing you the opportunity to continue to learn, grow and take on more within the People and Culture team.

**The Duties**
- Partnering with the business to provide strategic support to develop and implement initiatives to manage retention, productivity and performance.
- Support annual performance cycles, remuneration and benefits review
- Coaching and supporting venue managers on performance planning and professional development and other HR matters
- Providing advice and support to the business on organisational design, succession planning and P&C initiatives
- Conducting investigations and reports in line with company grievance policies and procedures

An understanding of retail, hospitality or entertainment would be hugely valuable, but what will see you thrive in this role is your warm nature, your good attitude and your desire to learn and grow. Experience working within high volume environments with a strong understanding of ER is essential for this role.

**Experience And Skills**
- Experience working within a similar role within retail, hospitality or entertainment high advantageous but not essential
- Excellent relationship skills and stakeholder management
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability prioritise numerous tasks
- Ability to show initiative and work within a fast paced environment
