Join our Springvale-based team and play a key role in ensuring our products reach customers around the world efficiently and reliably.

About the Role:

This role is critical to ensuring our global shipments run smoothly, supporting our mission to improve lives through better hygiene and health.

We're looking for an individual with strong depth of experience and critical thinking skills, particularly around month-end processes. In return, you'll have genuine support from leadership in an inclusive environment, with clear career pathways to help you grow and develop.

What You Will Do:
  • Administer and maintain master rate and lead-time schedules

  • Liaise with third-party vendors to monitor performance against KPIs

  • Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and monthly accruals

  • Manage and track global shipments, including airfreight coordination

  • Monitor and mitigate detention/demurrage costs and shipping claims

  • Troubleshoot inbound shipment issues and expedite priority deliveries

  • Maintain shipping data including rates, duties, and costing lanes

  • Alert stakeholders to port delays and service disruptions

  • Drive process improvements and deliver key logistics projects

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across regions

Who You Are:

You have 5+ years of experience in global shipping and logistics, with a detail-oriented approach that helps you thrive in fast-paced environments. You pair a strategic mindset with a collaborative spirit, bringing both precision and partnership to every challenge. You have:

  • Advanced SAP skills (super-user level) and strong Excel capabilities

  • Deep understanding of international shipping frameworks

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines

  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a team-first approach

  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business (Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Business) is highly desired.

What We Can Offer You:

Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do. Join us to improve well-being for people and drive positive change for society and the environment. At Essity, you'll feel valued, empowered to grow, and challenged to achieve business results in a collaborative and open atmosphere.
