**The Role**:
Genus Infrastructure is seeking an energetic Recruitment Coordinator to join our head office in Belmont.

**Duties include (but not limited to)**:

- Organise interviews for Hiring Managers.
- Guide hiring managers on best practices
- Provide updates and reports on recruitment activity

**About You**:

- Must have a minimum 3 yrs experience within the Construction, Mining, or Energy and Resources sector
- Tech Savvy comfortable using recruitment database (Job Adder) or similar, and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search
- High level of professionalism and integrity, especially with sensitive information
