**THE ROLE**

We currently have the opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

Reporting to the Recruitment & Engagement Team Leader, this position is based in our Perth Head Office and will see you:

- Process end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on proactively sourcing blue-collar personnel
- Opportunities to build strong relationships and provide recruitment advice with internal stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing recruitment projects and initiatives
- Be part of a great team environment with excellent opportunities for development

**ABOUT YOU**

To be considered you will have the following:

- Experience in sales or recruitment will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of mining related qualifications, tickets, and licences
- High levels of self-motivation with the ability to work to KPIs and manage conflicting priorities
- A National Police Check
- Australian work rights
- Be able to attend a pre-employment medical
