Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,800 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.

We are currently have the exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. Based at our new CBD head office, this position is offered on a full time permanent basis.

**THE ROLE**

As Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and onboarding blue-collar personnel. You will manage a recruitment process that has been developed to be proactive and consistent. At Linkforce you will work with a bespoke, state of the art planning system and a long term team.

This role will encompass:

- Present at 'Recruitment Days' for new employees
- Building strong relationships and provide recruitment advice with internal stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing recruitment projects and initiatives on a variety of project throughout the Pilbara and Goldfields
- Be part of a wonderful team environment with excellent opportunities for development
- Associated administration duties

**ABOUT YOU**
- Knowledge of mining related qualifications, tickets, and licences; advantageous
- High levels of self-motivation with the ability to work with, and manage conflicting priorities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
