**Recruitment Coordinator**

**About you;**

You will be an experienced recruitment professional, who is comfortable with high volume recruitment and excited by a fast-paced working environment. You will have the proven ability to work with Managers and Site Supervisors to achieve outstanding results and desired outcomes.

Your experience will include recruiting a broad portfolio and you will have a proven record of accomplishment in sourcing, placing and retaining talent. You will be committed to a customer centric approach and delivering outstanding results for the business and display qualities of empathy and compassion in your work.

**The role;**
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection processes as required
- Liaise with internal staff and management team on recruitment needs
- Admin
- contract preparation, visa documentation, travel and relocation arrangements
- Be the first point of contact in providing recruitment advice
- Data management within the HR systems
