Linkforce is a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business. Founded in 2007, from what started as small crew of shutdown specialists, and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,500 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide. Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our existing Recruitment team at our Head Office based in the Perth CBD.

**THE ROLE**

As Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on sourcing blue-collar personnel. You will manage a recruitment process has been developed to be proactive and consistent rather than reactive to projects as can be the case with some shut down businesses. At Linkforce, our state-of-the-art planning system and dependable workforce ensure that our projects are fulfilled. The recruitment team is responsible for filling the remaining spots. No crazy spreadsheets, no manic mobilisations, a much more efficient way of working.

As part of an established team, the role will encompass:

- Building strong relationships and provide recruitment advice with internal stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing recruitment projects and initiatives
- Working on a variety of projects throughout the Pilbara and Goldfields
- Be part of a wonderful team environment with excellent opportunities for development
- Associated administration duties

**ABOUT YOU**
- Knowledge of mining related qualifications, tickets, and licences; advantageous
- High levels of self-motivation with the ability to work with, and manage conflicting priorities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
