Your new company

You will be working for a leading healthcare provider on a permanent full-time basis. As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our sites across Western Australia and Victoria.

Key responsibilities:

- Support day to day recruitment activities including phone interviews, face to face interviews, collating paperwork and updating of internal recruitment system
- Updating compliance tracking records
- Enrolling new starters into Training Courses
- Coordinate new starter paperwork
- Support Induction/Onboarding of new starters

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, you will have strong recruitment administrator skills and experience within a similar role. You’ll be self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn. You’ll be confident in picking up processes and systems and able to show initiative. You’ll have strong attention to detail and be able to multi-task well. You’ll be a strong relationship builder and be able to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
