B&E Services QLD Pty Ltd is a subsidiary under the conglomerate of B&E Groups (BE Foods), which is an Australian wide distributor of food and groceries supplies. We are now looking for a full-time Office Manager with position details are as follows:
**Position**: Office Manager
**Location**: Ormeau 4208
**Roles and Duties**:
- plan and review head office administration and services standards, organise day-to-day operations and procedures, setting daily priorities;
- Schedule meetings, allocate tasks and appointment to office workers, monitor their performance, support the onboarding process for new hires and address employee queries;
- manage and maintain office with proper layout and presentation, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and policies
- responsible for stationaries supply and office equipment procurement and maintenance
- maintain office document record keeping, and keep account record of the office expenses;
- Act as the primary point of contact for office duties and communicate with departmental colleagues in support of the company operation;
**The Requirements**:
- Qualification: at least diploma in business administration or relevant areas.
- Hands-on work experience of working as office business administration within the food supply industry.
**Expected Salary**:$75,000 to $80,000
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
