Stratco is looking for a bright and talented **Leads and Admin Officer **who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude. This is a great opportunity for a flexible and customer-focused person to become an integral part of our growing national and international company.

**About the role**:
As a member of our Trade team, you will be a key link between consumers wanting a range of Stratco products installed and our authorised Dealer network, ensuring that a high level of service is provided and that we have maximized our opportunity to convert each lead. This will include:

- Calling each lead to ensure that they have been serviced to our standards and are happy with the progress of their enquiry
- Identifying opportunities for Authorised Dealers to convert the sale
- Liaising with the customer to determine if the sale has been won or lost
- Identifying further sale opportunities with each customer
- Providing feedback to the Authorised Dealer and Product Manager
- Adherence with Stratco's safety and other policies

**The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes**:

- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform administration work that can be repetitive by nature
- Experience in an outbound calling environment or phone sales environment
- Be honest, self-motivated and a passionate desire to be successful
- Ability to provide solutions to and develop relationships with customers
- Computer literacy
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
