Megasealed Bathrooms & Balconies is a well established national franchise business providing exceptional service to a large client base across South East Queensland. As market leaders in the area of Bathroom and Balcony leakage repairs we are now seeking an additional Customer Service & Administration Officer to be based at our Ormeau Office.

Overview Of Role
- Scheduling of Quotes for our consultants - Liaising with the home owner, Real Estates & Tenants.
- Data entry of quotes and sending to our account & COD clients
- Scheduling of Jobs for our technicians for works to be carried out
- CRM Management - Data Entry
- Invoicing of Jobs
- Processing of payments from clients
- Accounts Receivable / Payable
- General Customer Service
- General Office / Admin Duties

What we're looking for
- Able to work autonomously and in a small team environment
- Must have experience working with CRM systems - preferable using SIMPRO
- Experience using XERO
- Able to deal with a fast paced environment
- Must be able to multi task
- Adaptability to change in the work place
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate professionalism
