**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate support rosters and acquisitions of new staff members, ensuring seamless operations.
- Facilitate direction and training for teams and individuals to maintain high service standards.
- Provide vital assistance to the general manager in overseeing day-to-day operations.
- **Experienced hospitality professional with a background in corporate workplace concierge or hotel front office specialist roles.**:

- **Ability to thrive in a challenging environment and provide outstanding services to visitors, tenants, management, and the wider workforce.**
