The Admin and Communications Support Co-Ordinator is a newly created role providing crucial support to the Marketing, Communications, and Fundraising team. As part of your responsibilities, you will assist with administrative tasks related to communication management, managing external websites, and handling site communications. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of various activities, such as maintaining and updating the MyAgedCare website, external referral sites, site internal communication screens, and assisting at events.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing stock levels of marketing materials, providing support to OP Shops, providing reception relief, processing invoices, and assisting with the creation and distribution of handbooks to sites. These tasks are all essential components of your role, and your contributions will be vital to the overall success of the team.
**What you bring***:
- Experience in Administration tasks and communications coordination.
- Experience in website management and content management.
- Highly developed problem solving abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Hands on approach to achieving results.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
- Understanding of marketing and communications principles.
