**As Workplace Coordinator,** you’ll be the curator of an exceptional community driven atmosphere. Throughout the day, you’ll take the lead in ensuring our spaces are pristinely presented and functional to the highest standards. You’ll embrace any and all opportunities to assist tenants with their requirements, ensuring that their working experiences are unforgettable.

**What your day to day will look like**:
**_Seamless Functionality_**
- You’ll quickly become a true asset to our tenants, keeping amenities resplendently functional.
- Your keen eye for detail will expeditiously spot any areas for improvement, aptly communicating any maintenance requests with the appropriate stakeholders.
- You’ll be on the forefront of building security, allocating appropriate access to accommodate tennants requirements.
- As we welcome new tenants, you will work alongside them synergistically to ensure their space not only meets their requirements but exceeds them beyond expectations.
- Our spaces will be abundant with an array of lavish offerings, that you will track and order regularly.

**_Everlasting Support and Guidance_**
- Throughout the day, you’ll lend yourself to assisting tenants with their tech and IT requirements.
- You’ll embrace all opportunities to expand your skill set in areas you believe will be valuable to our tenants, staying on top of trends within the scope of workplace functionality.
- Staying on top of maintenance timelines, you’ll effectively communicate potential disruptions or inconveniences to tenants whilst coordinating contractors and supplying regular updates to the facilities team.
- Overseeing the ticketing system for venue requirements, you will proactively manage the logging and escalation of projects whilst seamlessly liaising with those impacted and involved.
- Effectively communicating with the Clubhouse Lead, you’ll help foster a functional and dynamic team focussed mentality.
- You have a natural knack for problem solving, specifically within the scope of facility functionality and tech usability.
- You’ve obtained at least 2 years of experience in a high-end customer service environment. Having worked in a 4 or 5-star hotel would be a significant advantage.
- You genuinely enjoy managing client relationships and strive to infuse warmth into every interaction. Your interpersonal skills shine bright in every conversation.
- The ability to maintain your poise in a fast-paced environment is a must. You can handle pressure with grace and continue to deliver gold standard service.
- Your polished written and verbal communication skills ensure clarity and effective interactions.
- Strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail are crucial.
