The Workplace Services Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office environment which includes services such as security, print & mail, concierge and overall facilities management such as repairs and maintenance, coordinating vendors and contractors.

**Your new role**

The Workplace Services Coordinator is responsible for developing strong long-term relationships with Melbourne staff and the building management team.
- Manage the functional mailbox/s and Workplace Desk
- Maintain the integrity of the access control and CCTV system, including management of security passes for staff and contractors
- Coordinate, schedule and track planned preventative maintenance program
- Coordinate maintenance requests in both tenancy and common areas
- Coordinate the base build and tenant cleaning services to ensure KPMG cleaning standard is maintained.
- Maintain a proactive approach to presentation & cleanliness and WHS standards.
- Support the Workplace Manager to complete security and WHS audits
- Manage Emergency Wardens and First Aiders for the office
- Collect, open, sort, deliver incoming mail and courier items
- Ensure all operational requests from customers are actioned and completed efficiently business

- A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
- Outstanding organisational skills, a strong ability to prioritise competing demands
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to customer service
- Experience in professional services or property environment will be highly advantageous
