**THE ROLE**
As part of our National Trade team, you'll bridge the gap between Trade and Retail operations to ensure strategic alignment, team engagement, and consistent market expansion. This is more than just a leadership role — it’s an opportunity to shape the future of our WA footprint.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Leading a diverse team of Store Managers, Account Managers, BDMs, and Selection Consultants
- Driving new business development and nurturing existing accounts
- Creating a culture of performance, safety, and customer excellence
- Coaching and mentoring your team through regular visits and structured feedback
- Ensuring seamless operational execution across stores — from KPIs to brand compliance
- Reporting, analysing, and acting on performance insights to boost profitability

**YOU**

You will be a results-driven leader with strong commercial acumen and a talent for people management. You excel at aligning trade and retail operations, developing high-performing teams, and building strong client relationships. Confident, collaborative, and values-led, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by driving growth and making a real impact across a state-wide network.

To be successful in this position, you will also possess the following:

- Proven leadership in multi-site sales operations (retail and/or trade)
- Strong commercial acumen and a hands-on approach to performance management
- Passion for mentoring others and fostering a collaborative team environment
- Results-driven mindset with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction
- Confidence presenting to clients and stakeholders, with a knack for building lasting relationships
