Overview:
- Full-time, Fixed Term position until 28/02/2026- Salary HEW 5 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements- Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University
- About The Position
The Contracts Officer provides administrative support for electronic contract sign-off processes, contract administration, data entry, and the management of RMIT’s Foreign Relations Act reporting register.
- The role ensures timely and accurate responses to enquiries, communicates contract-related information to stakeholders, and supports compliance with RMIT’s contract management policies, systems, and processes. It also involves contributing to team goals, demonstrating RMIT’s values, completing various administrative tasks as needed, and ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
To be successful in this position, you’ll have:
Demonstrated experience and expertise in the provision of quality administrative support in the management of contract data and/or similar systems of process management, including contract execution through secure electronic signature software.- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail, including contract data entry and contract data validation.- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.- Proven ability to operate with a high level of confidentiality.- Robust skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe PDF software.- Excellent oral, written, inter-personal and time management skills.- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously within a fast-moving team environment.- Enthusiastic and solution-focused approach
