About the role:
The Contract Officer, Contract Administration Unit, contributes to the management and oversight of contractual obligations set out in the various Public Private Partnerships (PPP) contract agreements / deeds.
This includes supporting compliance processes and activity to validate delivery of contractual obligations, including operational reviews, quality assurance and data analysis to ensure contracted services are delivered to the required standards.
The Contract Officer will support the planning, development and implementation of processes, systems, tools, and reporting to facilitate the delivery of PPP contract management outcomes. They will provide technical guidance on contractual and operational issues to health agencies, project teams and the department's program areas and offer informed advice to key internal and external stakeholders.
This role will collaborate closely with the wider department, specific project teams, consultants and health services. The ability to foster positive engagement and support is critical in this role.
