**A culture-led organisation - Australia’s largest private health care provider**: - **Permanent, Full/Part Time position**: - **Flexible location** A vital opportunity has become available for a Contract Compliance Officer to join the Payor Relations Team on a full/part-time basis. **The Role** The Contact Compliance Officer will support and provide health fund contract compliance management and expertise. The role will support the wider Payor Relations Team in coding and billing auditing and compliance, contract negotiations, health fund relationships and health fund performance activities. With an advanced clinical background and in-depth knowledge of prostheses, consumables, MBS expertise and knowledge of theatre processes the Contract Compliance Officer will be integral to providing education and support to hospitals on contract compliance matters as well as assisting and supporting internal and external audits. **Your Essential Skills and Experience** - Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing, Health Science) or equivalent - A minimum 5 years’ postgraduate experience preferably in private hospital operational or management setting - Ability to travel if required to support onsite health fund audits or provide hospital-based education - Demonstrated high level verbal, written and interpersonal skills at all levels within an organisation and with external stakeholders. - Demonstrated high level skills and experience in relationship management, consultation, influencing and negotiating with stakeholders. - Demonstrated understanding of healthcare contracts. - Clinical background with an in-depth knowledge of prostheses, consumables, MBS expertise and knowledge of theatre processes. **Working with us** Ramsay Health Care was established in 1964 and has more than 50 years of experience in providing acute health care services.
