**Responsibilities**:
As the HR Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to drive significant positive changes across the workforce. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

- **Exemplary Leadership**: Showcase your exceptional leadership capacity by mentoring, training, and potentially recruiting a high-performing HR team. Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- **Employee Relations**: Utilise your ER/IR expertise to maintain strong employee relations and mitigate potential conflicts. Employ effective levers to create an environment of harmony and collaboration.
- **On-Site Impact**: Bridge the gap between HR and on-site needs. Develop strategies that address unique challenges faced by our site-based teams, ensuring their well-being and productivity.
- **Consulting and Team Building**: Leverage your consulting skills and experience to collaborate with various stakeholders. As the role may require, you could potentially recruit and build your own HR team to maximize organizational impact.
**Profile**
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (Masters), or related field
- 5 years of proven HR management experience, with a track record in driving organisational flexibility, employee retention, and HR system innovations.
- Deep understanding of employee relations and industrial relations, with the ability to handle sensitive matters effectively.
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Experience in leading HR system implementations and harnessing their full potential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
