**Your new company**
Due to continuous growth, this South Australian Government Department is seeking a qualified and experienced senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their team immediately on a temporary basis as they embrace this new period of progression into the new year.

**Your new role**
Your role as the Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for establishing productive partnerships with business unit leaders and to facilitate the delivery of People and Culture services. The role will deliver a strong contribution to the provision of an efficient and effective industrial and employee relations service across all required processes in a complex environment which, in turn, contributes to the strategic objectives of the department.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Build and maintain effective and collaborative business partnerships and relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the alignment of all HR systems, processes, and programs to achieve strategic and operational business success consistent with the departments values.
- Ensure business leaders are provided with timely and accurate HR information and reports to aid timely and informed decision making.
- Ensure people management practices are ethical and aligned with the enterprise strategy and programs
- Contribute and support execution to the design, development, implementation and review of People and Culture strategies, policies and programs across the organisation.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of contemporary Human Resource development, initiatives and methodologies, evolving legislative requirements and industry and best practice trends.
