We’re looking for two dynamic and driven HR Advisors to join our growing HR Team. In these fast-paced generalist roles, you’ll support a range of HR functions including advisory services, employee & industrial relations, regulatory reporting and much more
Although the position is advertised at full-time, we are happy to consider part-time arrangements as part of our flexible working arrangements policy.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Key responsibilities include:
- Reporting
- Collection and reporting of data for SAHMRI Executive, the SAHMRI Board and for other reporting purposes for example remuneration, pay equity, AON Hewitt benchmarking, WGEA
- Support the Human Resources Business Partners with quarterly, annual and ad hoc reporting for example, annual Modern Award reviews and remuneration reviews
- Advisory
- Support the Human Resources Business Partners to provide HR Advisory services to the SAHMRI Community
- Support the Talent Acquisition Coordinator with recruitment and selection activities such as designing position descriptions, managing VISA processes.
- Various onboarding and offboarding processes
- Work closely with the Human Resources Business Partners to support them in daily functions
**ABOUT YOU**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (or equivalent)
- Experience using a wide range of information technology systems and software and proven ability to learn new systems with ease, such as a HRMS
- Demonstrated data analysis experience and an understanding of how to use data to explain and tell the story
- Creative problem-solving skills with ability to devise practical solutions for complex issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with people at all levels of the organisation and excellent stakeholder management skills
**SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Some out of hours work may be required
- Regular metropolitan travel to SAHMRI’s various worksites
