**Your new company**

With over 50 years of experience focused entirely on developing high quality industrial systems, a new role has been created for a permanent Part Time Human Resources Advisor. This is a newly created permanent part-time position working approximately 25 hours per week. There is complete flexibility working full days or full week school hours.

**Your new role**

Reporting into the National Operations Manager, the purpose of this role is to support the business department managers while assisting and improving the business in P & C initiatives and continuous improvements.

**Day to day include**:

- Generalist Human Resources Advice including employee relations, industrial relations, recruitment, policy, and processes, WHS to educate and promote workplace improvements.
- Coordinator of personnel files, maintain (admin) all employee files.
- Coordinate and organise with line managers probation reviews / annual reviews.
- Coordinate with line managers performance management - record keeping.
- Maintain and assess the work health safety manual, procedures, risk assessments and business compliance ensuring the business remains compliant and up to date.
- Initiate and manage the regular work health safety monthly meetings and toolkit.
- Target the team to maintain a safe working environment to remain compliant.
- Review results and communicate the results and the desired changes.
- Organise and participate in biannual internal audits with published results to the team.
- Organise and coordinate the employee safety training to remain complaint within country regulations.

This person will contribute fresh ideas and innovations, collaborating closely with the Australian team to ensure comprehensive support and the cultivation of a positive and continuously evolving culture.

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the nation. Your track record of providing sound people advice and effectively partnering with the business will be invaluable. Autonomy and sound judgement in decision-making are highly valued, alongside a proactive attitude, a passion for learning, and a strong team player mindset.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms is essential. Additionally, you should possess a deep understanding of HR best practices, as well as current employment laws and regulations.
