**Your new company**
This is an opportunity to become a part of a rewarding and ambitious organisation who due to a tremendous amount of growth, are seeking a Human Resources Advisor who has a passion for Employee Relations to immediately join their expanding team in Adelaide CBD. This role is a temporary position with view to extension.

**Your new role**
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the P&C Unit, the HR Advisor is responsible for, but not limited to the below.
- Support the Business Management chain to create a high performance and quality focussed culture that aligns with the organisation’s values and behaviours
- Provide advisory and coordination services to support the company’s recruitment, development and retention strategies and systems
- Interpret and advise on HR policies and procedures based on relevant legislation and collaborate effectively.
- Coordinate between systems and data management to ensure appropriate integrations of processes and maintain a cohesive database.
- Ensuring consistency in policy and business and administrative processes.
- Provide support and advice to leaders and employees around ER related matters.
- Manage IR issues where required including drafting of letters, conduct interviews to gather statements and facilitate meetings where required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Suitably experienced with demonstrated ability to meet the roles responsibilities and specifics
- Genuine passion for people with strong work ethic and initiative
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Good judgement and solutions-focused
- Ability to pick up new processes, systems and knowledge quickly
- Can confidently and effectively articulate and advise senior management on initial requests and complex matters
- Interpersonal ability to develop and sustain strong organisational relationships through staff engagement and influential decision making
- Possess high levels of consultancy initiatives to ensure effective and efficient delivery of business outcomes.
