Our client based in Greenacre is recruiting for an Administration and Accounts Assistant for a long term temp role.
**Brief**
This position involves support to the Company Directors, the Engineering team, Clerical Accounting Duties, Payroll Preparation support, Customer Service, Processing of Customer Orders and Invoicing, Purchasing and any other function in the administration field to assist in the efficient running of the Administration and Engineering areas.
**Responsibilities/Authorities**
**Administration**
- Engineering projects support, costing reporting and tracking, purchasing, commercial and contract document control and cataloguing,
- Special projects support, new accreditations, updating of company documentation, compliance and updating of company documentation
- Management of Certifications and Accreditations for the company
- Management of the Engineering calendar for key anniversary events, renewals, training, leave, etc.
- Procurement: order processing and progress tracking, using MYOB and JIRA.
- Procuring and despatching Customer Orders.
**Accounts**
- Invoicing: Entering and sending out invoices using MYOB and Customer specific portals, as well as Accounts Receivables activities.
- Customer Orders processing and job folders set up (MYOB and SharePoint).
- Report generation for the directors as requested, such as P&L, Balance Sheet. Detailed analysis and reconciliations done as required.

- Payroll and PAYG
- BAS
- Bank Reconciliation
- Remittance Advices and Statements
**Key Objectives**
- Monthly claims and invoice processing
- Ensuring Procurement is progressing in a timely manner
- Timely processing of all accounting functions
- Assisting with Customer Service
- Assisting with Payroll
