We have a great opportunity to join our business as the**Logistics - Transport Administrator. **We are on an exciting growth phase with the recent opening of our new factory at Greenacre, this role supports the NSW Warehouse and Logistics Operations.

**Your responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- To ensure data is entered timely and accurately into our freight management system, including the collation of transport documentation and producing manifests for freight distribution.
- This position requires you to be flexible and adaptable to a diverse environment with the ability to assist across key functions such as receivals, despatch, pallet control and customer service to mention a few.
- Liaise with transport carriers to timeslot all inbound and outbound consignments and shipping agents and freight forwarders to ensure import/export timelines are met with port operations
- Review product expiry date report and liaise with Quality Assurance Manager and update changes as required

**To be considered for this role you will require**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in transport/logistics
- The ability to manage high volumes of information, data entry and collation of documents efficiently and accurately
- Proven experience with Con notes / Manifests and logistic data entry
- A customer service focus
- Experience with AX Dynamics an advantage
- A keen desire to succeed and assist with process initiatives
- Fast and accurate data entry/keying skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office specifically with Excel
- Exceptional level of English communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to build rapport amongst peers and customers

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
