Our client is a 100% Australian Owned Company and are one of the largest independently owned cheese processors in the country. A rare opportunity has become available to join the team as a **HR Administrator** on a permanent basis.

**Details**:

- Coordinate and facilitate end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding & employee engagement
- Provide general HR/ER advice & assistance to operational leaders & staff members
- Interpret various industrial instruments and assist with employee relations matters
- Actively participate in performance and disciplinary matters, preparing relevant documentation as required
- General HR coordination & administration (payroll admin & labour hire)
- Oversee the payroll function

**About you**:

- Min 3 years experience in a similar HR role (manufacturing industry advantageous)
- You will be degree qualified in Human Resources or similar
- Strong problem solving skills & attention to detail
- Ability to be hands on, flexible with a proactive approach
- Exposure to a blue-collar workforce will be highly regarded
- Great stakeholder services skills
- Good understanding of the payroll functions
- Proficient ability to utilise MS office

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greenacre NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
