Our client an Australian-owned business with locations and manufacturing facilities throughout Australia is looking for an experienced **Logistics Administrator **to join their NSW business on a permanent basis immediately.

**Key Responsibilities;**
- Ensure data is entered timely and accurately into our freight management system, including the collation of transport documentation and producing manifests for freight distribution.
- You will be required to assist across various functions of the business (receive, dispatch & customer service)
- Liaise with transport carriers & ensure all inbound/outbound consignments and import/export timelines are met with port operations
- Review product expiry date report and liaise with Quality Assurance Manager and update changes as required

**About you;**
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in transport/logistics
- Proven experience with Con notes/Manifests
- Experience with AX Dynamics an advantage
- A keen desire to succeed and assist with process initiatives
- Fast and accurate data entry/keying skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office esp excel
- Exceptional level of English communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to build rapport amongst peers and customers

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- On call
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greenacre NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Logistics Administration: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
